Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers traditional Japanese rooms with amazing views of Fuji Mountain. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional and extremely friendly, although the property itself seemed a bit tired. The location is great, right in front of a lakeside park, but accessing it can be a bit challenging. The dining experience offers a wide range of delicious dishes, with breakfast being excellent but ending quite early. Overall, the facilities are pleasant, ensuring a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The traditional Japanese room with tatami and lake views was simply marvelous, providing a breathtaking experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff making every effort to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location, although a bit far from the train station, was great right in front of the lakeside park. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The traditional Japanese room was a real treat, with maids preparing our beds whilst we enjoyed dinner, and a lovely balcony offering stunning views of the lake. The service was impeccable, and the food was simply exquisite. The onsite area was also very nice. However, the inconvenience of blocked access during certain hours and the distance from the center were a bit of a letdown.
